Field supervision and training of Argentine undergraduate students in pedestrian survey and subsurface testing of Mid to Late Holocene Period prehistoric hunter-gatherer archaeological sites in the Bahía San Julián area of Southern Argentina. Analysis of chipped stone artifacts and obsidian and other raw material sourcing analysis using Laser-Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS). Data acquisition using a Global Positioning System (GPS), data registration, and database management using raster and vector models, as well as data modelling and spatial analysis of digital geographic information from physical and archaeological sources using standard Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software.
